CGME is a consulting firm that is a wholly owned subsidiary Changchun Gold Design Institute (CGDI), part of China National Gold Group Corporation, a State-Owned enterprise in the People’s Republic of China. C2 and CGME would like to investigate the establishment of a business relationship to jointly pursue opportunities in the mining industry, specifically to provide detailed studies, basic and detailed engineering, procurement and potentially subject to there being no business related or jurisdictional impediments, construction/construction management of projects in China, Canada, Europe and Africa.
